Return/Exchange Policy:

In store on game day: All exchanges or returns must be from the current season and have the original receipt. Refunds given in same tender as payment. Exchanges or returns of a cash transaction must be made in person on a game day. Discounts must be applied at time of original sale. All sale items final.

Online, year round: Most exchanges or returns will be accepted within 30 days of package arrival. Please contact us with a photo of the item to be returned, as soon as a return or exchange is desired or sent out, in case of package loss or non-qualifying returns. All returned or exchanged merchandise must be sent back to the Team Shop at customers expense. Refunds will be processed in full (including shipping) once the item has returned with no damage or visible wear. Marked down or sale items are final.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
