Return/Exchange Policy:

In store on game day: All exchanges or returns must be from the current season and have the original receipt. Refunds given in same tender as payment. Exchanges or returns of a cash transaction must be made in person on a game day. Discounts must be applied at time of original sale. All sale items final.

Online, year round: Most exchanges or returns will be accepted within 30 days of package arrival. Please contact us with your order number and name of the item to be returned, as soon as a return or exchange is desired, in case of non-qualifying returns. All returned or exchanged merchandise must be sent back to the Team Shop at customers expense. Refunds will be processed in full (including shipping) once the item has returned with original tags and no damage or visible wear. Marked down or sale items are final. Undergarments cannot be exchanged or returned, for health and safety reasons.

Damaged Items:  Do not use scissors, blades, knives, or any other sharp objects to open your order - The Storm will not refund or replace items damaged by customers using sharp objects to open packages. The Seattle Storm Team Shop inspects merchandise when we receive it from vendors and before shipping orders, but if you receive an item with a defect (not made by customer opening the package with a sharp object), please email photos of the defect and a description to teamshop@stormbasketball.com

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at TeamShop@stormbasketball.com.

Discounted Items: Discounted/Sale items do not qualify for returns/exchanges. All discounted/sale purchases are final sale.

 Sales/Promotions/Discount Policy

Discounts are only valid for purchases made on the day the sale is active. Purchases made prior to the day of a sale will not be retroactively discounted. Discounts (360 member, Item of the Game, special sales/promotions) will not be applied retroactively.

Most sale items, or items sold at a discounted price are final sale, and do not qualify for exchanges or returns.
